The schedule has changed. Unbelievable, but we have another change for tomorrow. The Second City Troop game is now to be played at Memorial Hall Field – our home field. Time is the same: 2:00 pm kickoff. Second City Troop was the home team, but they are under a new agreement for a new field and, with the rain tomorrow, are slightly skittish about doing anything to damage that relationship. While the forecasts we are seeing are calling for light snow and/or rain, it does not seem – at this point – bad enough to outright cancel. Thus, the field change is in effect. However, we are not the home team, we are painting lines, or paying the ref. In this case, we simply are providing the locale.
Obviously, if the weather is worse and the field conditions become unsafe, we will have to cancel. In that case, we have a tentative agreement to make the game up almost immediately on Monday, about 4:00 or 4:30 pm.
Lastly, please check back for weather changes before leaving the house. We have a phone chain and we will run through it tonight and if there are changes tomorrow.

Prep won the Southern District Tournament Champiohship by defeating Second City Troop RFC in the Finals by a score of: 12 - 0.
Today, Prep won the Catholic Invitational Tourament, beating Archbishop Ryan RFC and Bishop Shanahan RFC to take the crown.
These are the first CHAMPIONSHIPS in Prep RFC's 3 year history!!

The Southern District Championship game has been moved from 2:50 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. Prep Players should arrive at the field by 1:00 p.m. for warm-ups.
Prep won its quarterfinal game Thursday night v. South Jersey and will play in the Tier 1 Championship Game!

The District Playoff Game is set for Thursday, May 10 at 6:00 p.m. at Prep's home field of Memorial Hall Field in Fairmount Park. Directions can be accessed by checking our site and looking for "Directions to 1st Alternate Game/Practice Field": www.thepreprfc.com/practicefield.html
This is an A Side game only. We need all our players and supporters to come out and cheer us on as we fight for the District Championship!!
