Welcome!  In an effort to streamline what we do, we have simplified the webpage.  While we are still entertaining the idea of sprucing it up, it needed some clarity, first.  Therefore, below are links that you should find useful.  Some of these links are unique to this page, and some are also found on the other two main link pages (just in case, you know?)

By now, many parents have heard about our pre-season conditioning, and we coaches are certain you all are just as excited as we are.  We'll touch on conditioning, but before that we wanted to let you know that we are re-vamping our parent support system.  In our first year, you were incredible, even other teams were impressed.  But we realize that much of that success was in spite of an organized system; your dedication helped make it so productive.  We want to help make it easier for you. Once we have something in place, we'll post it here, and mail something home.

Now, conditioning.  We had a great season last year, but the logistics of starting a team meant we had no real pre-season.  This year we do, and we want to take advantage of this time.  The game is more fun when a player is not short of breath 10 minutes into the first half.  Let's answer a couple of questions:
1)  Does my son have to go to conditioning to be on the team?
     A.  No.  This program is meant to help them get in better shape so
they can be better rugby players.
2)  What if my son plays another sport?
     A.  Fantastic!  The coaches feel that it is healthy for a teenage boy to
          play multiple sports.
It encourages so many skills - both athletic and interpersonal - that
we find it beneficial.  Each sport will also work different muscles
and different brain waves, so the players are refreshed coming into
the season, and not tired after 10 months of the same sport.
